Tan Chong School of Management (TCSM) is located at Level 21, Menara Centara, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. TCSM was officially launched on 16 February 2017, with the primary objective of providing training and development to enhance the knowledge, skills, attitude and aptitude, as well as leadership and management competencies of our employees.
TCSM will consult and work closely with Business Leaders and Department Heads in our three (3) PLCs to build employee capabilities and employee engagement, with maximum utilization of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Funds, and the approved training and development budget, in line with Companies’ business performance.
TCSM will tap on the expertise of reputable external trainers and internal Trainers who are “Train-The-Trainer” Certified, to provide various types of leadership and management development programmes. We will also fully leverage on the wisdom and experience of our long serving top Management staff to share their success stories, including their challenges and obstacles, for the maximum learning benefits of our employees.
TCSM offers very competitive rental rates to Tan Chong Group subsidiaries for the use of the 5 training rooms and 1 Multi-Media Room. We look forward to the strongest support from Business Leaders and Department Heads of our 3 PLCs, and all of you as our colleagues and valued customers.
